Responsibilities

  • Develop strong customer relationships and maximize satisfaction across a group of Mid Market Football accounts in Spain, Portugal, and LATAM
  • Become a trusted partner for customers to help them get maximum benefit and ROI from their subscription
  • Handle all aspects of support and account management, including demonstrating products, educating customers, and carrying out engagement and commercial activities
  • Work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly renewal targets
  • Run meetings to understand client needs and identify upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate effectively with Account Executive (AE) colleagues to capitalize on market opportunities
