The Customer Success Manager will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing customer data and usage trends. They will own the full sales cycle from identifying sales opportunities to deal closing within their book of accounts. The manager will proactively identify underutilized accounts and develop tailored strategies to drive product adoption. They will also analyze customer behavior to identify accounts at risk of churn and implement retention strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
