Position Overview

This role involves managing existing customer relationships to drive the execution of projects related to data services and advertising campaigns. You will be a key liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring client satisfaction and return on investment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer relationships to drive execution of projects related to data services and advertising campaigns.
  • Provide daily support for client projects/campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and acting as the liaison between the client and internal departments.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure client satisfaction and Return on Investment.
  • Educate and inform clients/prospects on all data assets and audience recommendations.
  • Provide ongoing consultation to clients to uncover challenges and offer data recommendations, utilizing product experts as a resource.
  • Communicate frequently with clients, including weekly status calls and occasional travel to client locations (primarily NYC).
  • Develop solutions that solve clients' advertising goals.
  • Advise clients on data best practices and address gaps/opportunities.
  • Personally responsible for achieving a sales revenue quota together with the Account Executive.
  • Collaborate on account planning with the Account Executive to identify data sales opportunities.
  • Execute basic contracts for standard products, services, and renewals.
  • Responsible for regular status calls with Sales Leadership regarding the existing portfolio.
  • Work with the Service Delivery team to scope out projects and then with Pricing to discuss project details and obtain price quotes.
  • Work cohesively with a wide range of internal groups, including Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
  • Gather industry information within the assigned portfolio, including subscribing to industry newsletters and trade magazines.
  • Develop relationships across the client/prospect base and internal departments.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience is necessary.
  • Sell-side industry experience is valued.
  • Agency or digital marketing experience is also helpful.
  • Strong customer service skills to grow and cultivate client relationships.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a large project portfolio with varying levels of detail.
  • Ability to travel – approximately 20% of time (assuming not located in NYC).

Reporting Structure

You will report to Experian's Sr. Sales Director.
