Requirements

  • Football club experience in an analytical, team, or data science role (or as a supplier to professional coaches/club administration), with history of using Hudl products
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Relationship builder who goes above and beyond for customers
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the month, including weeks away during winter camps (e.g., January/February in Antalya and Marbella)
  • Fluent in English, Russian, and/or Ukrainian (other languages a plus)
  • Proactive mindset
  • Technical proficiency in using and demonstrating complex software, with hands-on experience in Hudl’s suite of products (e.g., Sportscode, Replay, Wyscout, Statsbomb, WIMU)
  • Within commuting distance of offices in London, Barcelona, Chiavari, or Milan (sponsorship possible for Spain/Italy)

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong customer relationships and maximize satisfaction across a portfolio of football clubs in Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova)
  • Provide maximum benefit from Hudl’s products to ensure high ROI and prioritize renewals for next season
  • Handle all aspects of support and account management, including demonstrating products, educating customers, and conducting technical and commercial activities
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly renewal targets
  • Run meetings to understand client needs and identify upselling opportunities
