As a Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams as a client advocate, work closely with the Media Buying team to develop strategies, review campaign performance and provide feedback, educate clients on platform features and practices, and assist in managing client accounts and addressing complaints. You will also drive revenue growth and platform adoption by guiding clients through the platform and DSP strategy, and educating them on programmatic buying knowledge.
