Responsibilities

  • Develop strong customer relationships to maximize satisfaction and become a trusted partner
  • Manage all aspects of support and account management, including product demonstrations and customer education
  • Carry out engagement and commercial activities
  • Work toward quarterly and yearly renewal and engagement targets
  • Run meetings to understand client needs and identify upselling opportunities
  • Ensure high ROI from customer subscriptions, with primary focus on renewals for next season
  • Look after a portfolio of North American professional, NCAA Division I, and Junior ice hockey clients
