The Packaging vertical within NielsenIQ is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-centric professional with a passion for data to join our growing team as a Global Client Success Manager. Reporting to the Global Packaging Leader, this role requires a client-focused individual with excellent communication skills, a strong data-driven solution background, and in-depth knowledge of the CPG industry. The primary responsibility is to support the team in administrative tasks, build and maintain strong client relationships, and provide outstanding customer service.
This role will be instrumental in shaping the industry narrative for clients across the packaging sector. You will own the day-to-day provision of services to our global packaging client base, supporting data delivery, key industry insights (sustainability, eCommerce, packaging trends), and regular reporting outputs.
