Requirements

  • At least 3+ years client facing account management and operations experience in digital/programmatic media
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, rolling up sleeves for campaign strategies and executions
  • Strategic thinking to create opportunities for clients and Quantcast
  • Enjoy technical troubleshooting (e.g., pixel implementation) and making recommendations to optimize campaigns
  • Passionate about programmatic media and exposure to diverse customers (including agencies)
  • Keen to grow software demonstration skills and comfortable with occasional face-to-face meetings (e.g., Zoom/Meet)
  • Highly data-driven and result-oriented, with proven experience in campaign configuration, tracking, analytics, and reporting on KPIs (e.g., CPA, CTR, ROAS, site visits)
  • English speaker; one additional European language (desired but not mandatory)
  • Bonus: Experience modifying SQL to pull data for problem-solving
  • Bonus: Advanced understanding and proven familiarity with troubleshooting Ad-Servers/DSPs/Integrations and Tag Managers

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries in your rostered time zone
  • Understand end-to-end campaign management in the Quantcast platform, including reporting suite, org management, pixel setup, and inventory management
  • Monitor performance of the portfolio in your rostered region and provide tactical recommendations to maximize advertiser spend and drive long-term revenue retention
  • Support the onboarding process of new accounts across all product packages
  • Consult with clients to understand their business and brand objectives, developing best-practice campaign setups and data-driven analysis
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, in-market CSMs, Product, TAM, Engineering) to ensure help center materials are updated and maintained
  • Act as a pivotal resource for platform support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for internal and external customers
