Requirements

Candidates must permanently reside in Ireland and possess strong communication skills, particularly in Italian, both written and verbal. Experience in sales, preferably within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry, is preferred, along with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing customer relationships at the senior management level. Familiarity with SMB accounts and contract negotiation is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, the individual will be responsible for thriving in a supportive yet independent environment, exceeding sales targets within a specific SMB cohort, communicating with Italian-speaking customers, building relationships with C-level contacts, working with clients to negotiate renewals and identify expansion opportunities, establishing business and technical goals, maintaining a structured cadence with customer accounts, advising customers on best practices, proactively managing customer success, resolving customer issues, and becoming a product expert for their assigned customers.
