Candidates should hold a university degree or possess equivalent work experience. A minimum of 2 years in Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Coaching, Training & Development, or a similar customer-facing role is required, ideally within a B2B software company. Fluency in both English and German is essential.
The Customer Success Manager will help customers achieve the best possible impact using the Leapsome platform and build meaningful relationships with them. They will create the best SaaS customer experience, advise on HR best practices, and drive continued adoption. Responsibilities also include monitoring and improving customer success KPIs, managing customer relationships to minimize churn, identifying expansion opportunities, executing cross-selling strategies, gathering feedback and user stories, and contributing to the product roadmap.
