Responsibilities

  • Own the Customer Journey - You’re the main point of contact from onboarding to expansion — the trusted partner for everything Bizzy
  • Build Strong Relationships - Connect with users, understand their goals, and help them get the most out of our platform
  • Drive Adoption & Engagement - Train, coach, host sessions, jump into calls — whatever helps customers use (and love) our product more
  • Spot Opportunities - Identify where we can add even more value and proactively share insights that help customers grow
  • Bridge Customers & Product - Collect feedback, share insights, and make sure the voice of the customer shapes what we build
  • Keep Churn Low & Satisfaction High - Monitor account health, anticipate risks, and ensure long-term loyalty
  • Handle Escalations With Calm & Clarity - Solve issues quickly, communicate clearly, and always aim for a positive outcome
  • Challenge How We Work - Improve processes, suggest changes, and help us level up
