Requirements

Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a cybersecurity or compliance background being valuable. Fluency in both English and French is required, and experience as an Identity Security practitioner is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, participating with the Sales team to provide customer-focused sales and launch engagement. They will develop excellent relationships with customers, including C-level executives, and gain a deep understanding of customer’s identity and access governance landscape and business challenges, advising on potential solutions. The role involves developing trust with customers, partnering with internal Saviynt teams, representing customer priorities, proactively preparing for key events, monitoring utilization trends, and developing education plans. Additionally, the Customer Success Manager will manage renewal pipelines, assist with delivery projects, and act as the voice of the customer to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product development.
