Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as a customer-facing Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Implementation Manager at a SaaS company
  • Meticulous project manager who makes a plan, executes against it, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks
  • Creative problem solver who searches for solutions that may not be immediately obvious
  • Cares about customer outcomes, ensuring they achieve goals with healthy adoption and usage
  • Able to deal with a variety of stakeholders, including timeline-driven project managers, mission-driven Heads of People, and metrics-driven Finance professionals
  • Comfortable working autonomously with strong prioritization skills and ability to spot high-leverage and “blocking” work
  • Pushes to understand the “why” behind customer asks and finds solutions that prevent future problems
  • Hungry to join a startup, excited to move quickly, operate in uncharted territories, and wear multiple hats beyond core responsibilities
  • Loves working with customers over video call/email, and customers love working with you

Responsibilities

  • Drive successful implementation projects for Pave's compensation software, partnering with HR and Finance leaders to transform compensation strategies, ensure strong adoption, and achieve meaningful business outcomes
  • Own end-to-end project management of customer implementations, including creating detailed project plans, identifying risks early, and maintaining clear communication with multiple stakeholders to deliver on time
  • Become a trusted compensation expert and strategic advisor, helping customers leverage Pave's platform to solve complex compensation challenges and establish scalable processes
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to surface customer needs, identify platform improvement opportunities, and contribute to product evolution in a fast-paced startup
  • Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication, creative problem-solving, and deep understanding of their unique business needs and compensation goals
  • Onboard and manage 30-40 customers, ensuring quick implementation, value realization, and long-term healthy relationships in partnership with Account Management, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
