Requirements

Law degree or good understanding of Legal landscape (open to Law graduates seeking alternative career)
Experience in customer success or customer relationship management, preferably within Legal industry
Experience in training delivery and using platforms like eLearning
Ability to identify opportunities while building solid relationships with customers and stakeholders
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Understanding of Boolean and free text search principles
Authorized to legally work in Australia
Ability to liaise with a range of management and staff levels, particularly with Sales departments
Strong understanding of Australian Legal landscape
Demonstrated customer success background with training delivery skills

Responsibilities

Customer journey mapping to create tailored campaign driven programs
Develop and drive campaigns to increase awareness, product adoption and usage
Acting as a liaison between sales, marketing and product
Identify personas for targeted messaging
Creating value propositions by segment and persona to embed in the campaign activity
Work with data and marketing teams to identify clients for monthly sessions and create Eloqua templates
Establish clear client retention goals
Provide reporting to manager and monthly program
Update dashboards for team and business for program
Upsell services and products while maintaining brand image
Build preference within the academic sector to ensure LexisNexis is preferred by graduates moving into the workplace
Create campaigns utilizing social media and traditional formats to meet campaign objectives
Assist in building and driving an accreditation program
Engage with clients to deliver training and implement effective solutions (including corporate, law firms, barristers, and government departments)
Identify opportunities and build relationships with stakeholders
Train customers under your responsibility
