Requirements
Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in Platform, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure engineering, with deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. They must have hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployment and debugging, along with proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi. Familiarity with cloud-native stacks, including CI/CD, observability, networking, and security, is also required.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Solutions Architect – Cloud Infrastructure, you will partner with customers to assess their platform and infrastructure needs, design and implement scalable, Kubernetes-based IDPs using Humanitec, troubleshoot and optimize multi-cloud environments, and deliver expert guidance, best practices, and technical enablement. You will also lead technical discussions, present solution architectures, collaborate with product and engineering, and represent Humanitec at industry events and community meetups.
