Responsibilities

  • Support from sales representatives and technical experts
  • Recording customer information
  • Maintaining contacts with customers (especially in the area of orders) and friendly communication with customers
  • Coordinating deliveries with ordering patterns and scheduled reports
  • Information on prices and product status
  • Monitoring the delivery of goods from picking to delivery to the end customer
  • Filing documents and monitoring the completeness of business case number series
  • Responsibility for material deliveries
  • Active cooperation with the warehouse
  • Cooperation with the accounting department in the area of stock records
  • Arranging transport with hospitals/centres/patients
