The Customer Service Representative will provide customer service support via chat and email, respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, returns, and general product questions, manage Shopify chat, email, and social media interactions (Facebook & Instagram), ensure prompt and professional responses to customer concerns, and utilize Shopify to track orders, update information, and assist customers efficiently.
