Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, and English (spoken and written); additional Nordic languages are a strong plus

  • Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and training program to develop the knowledge and skills needed for success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to improve communication flow and enhance overall customer experience
