Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of previous experience helping customers in any capacity (candidates with college degrees encouraged even without customer experience)
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
  • Must pass pre-employment skills testing, background check, and drug screening
  • Must be available to work emergency restoration assignments as required
  • Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary
  • Must be available for on-call, extended hours, and mandatory overtime, especially during inclement weather or major events
  • Must live in Eversource service territory (to be eligible for Work from Home program)
  • No immigration sponsorship required/available

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer interactions, listen to needs, and provide solutions for exceptional customer experience
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment emphasizing quality and excellence
  • Serve as frontline support during power outages, major weather events, or emergencies
  • Be available for various shifts, including holidays, overtime, and on-call duties
  • Represent the company in a safety-sensitive role subject to PHMSA drug testing
