Responsibilities

  • Receive and make calls from homeowners in need of restoration services
  • Establish trust with homeowners through a tailored and professional process
  • Help set clear expectations for homeowners regarding the restoration process
  • Cater to homeowner needs, ensuring a progressive path toward an immediate visit
  • Serve the sales team by gathering, verifying, and confirming necessary information from homeowners
  • Proactively schedule assessments with urgency and establish credibility
  • Provide value to homeowners through referral source affirmation, scheduling ownership, and follow-up communication
  • Other duties as assigned
