Responsibilities

Receive and make calls from homeowners in need of restoration services
Establish trust with homeowners through a tailored and professional process
Help set clear expectations for homeowners regarding the restoration process
Cater to homeowner needs, ensuring a progressive path toward an immediate visit
Serve the sales team by gathering, verifying, and confirming necessary information from homeowners
Proactively schedule assessments with urgency and establish credibility
Provide value to homeowners through referral source affirmation, scheduling ownership, and follow-up communication
Other duties as assigned
