Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have immediate availability. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced remote work environment is essential, along with a passion for customer satisfaction and e-commerce. Previous experience in customer service, especially in remote settings, or in fields like sales, technical support, or administration involving customer interaction is a plus. Availability to work standard business hours in the Portugal time zone (WET), including rotating weekend shifts, is required.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email and chat, manage customer orders efficiently, and use available resources to improve the customer experience. Develop personalized responses to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, collaborate with the team for a seamless customer experience, and handle customer queries with accuracy and attention to detail. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback reviews to align on goals and continuously improve performance. Proactively flag issues and take ownership of responsibilities.
