Requirements

  • Great communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hungarian
  • Ability to remain calm and demonstrate resilience during pressurized situations
  • Computer literate with experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a CRM system
  • Ability to effectively multi-task (navigate between programs to access customer data and input text whilst providing real-time care instructions)
  • Displaying a can-do attitude and interest in continuous process improvement
  • Ability to work under time constraints
  • Ideally, at least one year of relevant experience in customer service, a contact center, or an office environment
  • Experience using SAP
  • Preferably some background in the medical sector or handling prescriptions

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming phone calls and emails from patients and respective stakeholders
  • Responding to inquiries both verbally and in writing
  • Handling complaints, preparing responses, and sending them out after approval
  • Process orders in SAP, perform monitoring and resolve queries related to open orders
  • Prepare and analyze reports, propose improvements and participate in problem-solving initiatives
  • Support cross department projects, e-business solutions
  • Cooperate with local logistic service provider, manage inventory reports
