Requirements
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Typing speed of a minimum of 40 words per minute with 85% accuracy
- Direct insurance agency/company experience (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
- Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information
- Ability to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Communicate and work with customers and associates at all levels
- Review and answer basic inquiries from customers
- Make computer inquiries and entries relating to customer accounts
- Communicate with customers and others to research problems and find solutions
- Collect pertinent information from customers to handle inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Prioritize and organize work to ensure it is completed in a timely manner
- Document customer requests
- Assist agents with basic tasks
- Maintain punctual attendance according to an assigned work schedule
- Assist with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere upon request
