  • Knowledge of the fashion and/or footwear industry
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills and the ability to effectively resolve queries

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of account management for National, Key, and Independent retail accounts stocking Skechers footwear
  • Liaise with customers daily
  • Effectively resolve queries
  • Take sales orders over the phone/email and advise delivery dates
  • Key orders for immediate and forward delivery
  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure pick tickets are raised for all designated customer orders and advise on requirements
  • Work with Sales team and update them on the status of accounts/orders as necessary
  • Manage the order book by maintaining accurate data on the system based on availability and requirements
