  • Bachelor degree and above, or with successful completion of CET-4
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service related experience, similar industry background is highly preferred
  • Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to the demand of a high pressure commercial environment

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Order to Invoice Process including: order maintenance & follow up; inbound customer order management, shipping arrangement & related documents. Payment follow up
  • Provide expertise on internal and external customer service, and have close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Sales Operation Associates (SOA), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Asset, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance
  • Support Sales team with direct customer contact following the demand planning and quality issue related follow-ups
  • Responsible for overall customer management as well as handling customer returns, resolving customers' enquiries, etc
  • Closely collaborate with Field Sales to maintain inventory at optimized level
  • Implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary projects
