Requirements

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, a minimum of one year of customer service experience, and preferred airline industry experience. They must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, be authorized to work in the US, and be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service/Ground Operations Agent will process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage, assign seats, and provide information to customers regarding travel arrangements. They will also marshal in planes, push back aircraft, handle denied boarding situations, assist customers with special needs, load and unload baggage, operate heavy machinery, enforce safety and security measures, and adhere to Allegiant Air and airport regulations, while performing other duties as assigned.
