Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years front desk, receptionist, or customer support experience
  • Ability to sit and work at front desk for extended periods
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving proficiency: resourcefulness in finding solutions and managing challenges
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and guests, coordinating visitor sign-in, and maintaining front desk switchboard
  • Handling will-call orders and simple requests and administrative job duties of the department
  • Answering general incoming phone calls, addressing concerns and needs by communicating regularly with customers, interdepartmental staff, and sales colleagues
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, supporting customer needs, and fostering strong relationships with clients
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s products and services to support customer needs
  • Collaborating closely with sales teams, departments, and distribution partners to coordinate processes and maximize sales opportunities
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to build customer service skills and enhance performance
  • Staying adaptable in a dynamic, customer-focused environment to meet changing demands
  • Performing other duties as directed by management
