Requirements

Lead 3 major supply chain functions: warehousing, procurement, supply planning, customs & trade compliance
Manage 3PL providers and control to achieve all operational KPIs
Act as Customs and Trade Compliance Coordinator
Manage inventory and pallet utilisation in 3PL
Spearhead initiatives to reduce Go to Market lead time, reducing inventory and supply chain operating cost
Own material master, inventory and packaging master accuracy in 3PL & Abbott database
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Catapult Supply Chain Module and Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

Responsibilities

Oversee operations at 3PL: manage receiving, handling, storing, picking and packing activities; ensure quality standards met as per EPD QA requirement
Monitor incoming shipments and liaise with distribution center/manufacturing source to ensure all documentations are in place for timely clearance; update all in-coming shipments into BPCS within 24 hours of receiving
Review warehouse pallet utilisation daily and highlight issues to ensure peak efficiency
Manage Third Party Repacking and value-added activities to support marketing and ensure regulatory requirements are met
Raise PO for 3rd party manufacturer products & products sourced from Abbott Cimanggis plant
Coordinate with 3PL distribution team to ensure orders delivered as planned and achieve mandatory annual customer service KPI
Manage Inventory Daily Accuracy through reconciliation of 3PL inventory vs Abbott’s book inventory and cycle count; provide immediate feedback on issues, solve day-to-day operational issues and reach performance goals
Visit warehouse 2 days a week and meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze space management, productivity, quality assurance, inventory control, logistics; develop actionable plans with 3PL for prevention
Complete monthly closing stock by checking inventory with 3PL and submit to account for department head approval
Drive continuous improvement on logistic & warehouse operations; analyze warehouse capacity, service, cost & transactions to optimise efficiency
Prepare Monthly inventory destruction report for short dated and damaged product; ensure relevant approvals before destruction per company policies
Manage inventory of packaging materials/hologram for value-add activities and re-ordering when necessary; monitor hologram movement (procurement, usage, reject units) for 100% accuracy; weekly review the report
Coordinate order fulfillment with accounting team on credit limit utilization to avoid order on hold
Ensure all supply chain shipping documents are well kept, updated & compliant
Perform any other matters or ad-hoc tasks relating to supply chain operations
Coordinate & plan hologram planning/repacking to 3PL or TPM
Provide updates to Commercial on shipping status for all in-coming shipments
Report backorders in APO system and request OCA (Order change Affiliate) to bring forward/delay shipments; highlight in weekly backorders call with Global & APAC Supply Chain
Ensure out of plan issues are communicated in advance using S&OP process for business alignment and action points
File SAP complaint in APO system within 24 hours per Abbott policy & handle insurance claims for goods damaged/lost in-transit
Handle all duties of Customs and Trade Compliance Coordinator: act as liaison with Broker to ensure compliance; manage day-to-day customs and trade activities
