Requirements

Candidates must possess a university degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities

The Customer Service and Logistics Planner will manage the end-to-end inbound logistics process from shipment exit to warehouse delivery. Key duties include logging shipments, tracking bookings and movements, preparing necessary documentation, ensuring timely customs clearance, managing warehouse delivery and IGR processes, and processing timely payments to third-party service providers. The role also involves managing daily issues with local authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations, updating distributor master data, managing invoicing issues, handling COC and SABER registrations, supporting freight forwarders, collecting DOs, providing shipment status visibility, tracking spend, managing daily operations with LSPs and 3PLs, and reporting relevant KPIs such as OTIFs and operational costs.
