Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Ability to travel 10% or less inside Mexico
  • Ability to visit local customers (Mexico City)

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process all customers’ orders
  • Demonstrate telephonic troubleshooting skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate the flow of information between the Operations Team and other departments of the company
  • Gain and apply foundational knowledge of compliance and commercial operations
  • Work with Oracle ERP Module
  • Provide operational support to customers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of their inquiries or issues with high levels of customer satisfaction
