Responsibilities

  • Offer effective assistance to Sales, Service teams, Business partners, and other customers
  • Drive and own alignment meetings with Account Managers/Service to ensure timely submissions
  • Review and submit Tenders and RFQs, and actively follow up
  • Examine complete bid documents to determine terms needing approval, and collaborate with functional owners for alternate terms as the need arises
  • Handle supplier registration and public contract administration, including review/approval processes, reporting, fee payment, and compliance
  • Request and handle bank guarantees and bid bonds
  • Collaborate with various team members, including sales, order management, legal, and finance
