Responsibilities
Act as the face of P&G to the customer and the voice of the customer to P&G, ensuring superior service to the shelf and exceptional joint value across NOS, Cost & Cash
Provide Customer business intelligence to categories across the supply chain
Work with Sales & the customer to plan & execute promotions, events, new product launches and customer range changes
Manage customer orders through the daily order cycle
Link closely with P&G transport teams & customer Inbound teams to ensure seamless delivery
Drive sales, reduce cost and improve cashflow efficiency through collaborative forecasting & planning, efficient order management and superior shopper availability
Leverage daily management systems and perform regular root cause analysis to understand losses, create action plans and establish projects
Develop mastery in key elements of E2E Customer Collaboration: demand and forecasting, initiatives, order management, service & OSA
Partner with Sales teams to deliver new product launches and in-store promotions & events
Review outages in the supply chain, create and implement structural solutions
Develop deep understanding of how the customer works and build relationships with SC counterparts to enable partnership on joint supply chain projects and operational improvements (Tier 1 & 2 customers)
Partner with the external customer to visit retailer stores & DCs to understand logistical constraints and opportunities
