Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by answering inbound phone calls and supporting Fidelity’s valued clients
Assist with a broad range of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more
Prepare for and obtain FINRA SIE®, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses (fully sponsored by Fidelity, including paid study time and resources)
Develop and practice new skills in handling complex customer calls
Dedicate time each week to connect with team, meet with leader, and expand network during skill development phase
Gain proficiency in serving customers and explore new career paths through job shadowing and career center
