Responsibilities

  • Take a leading role looking after Electroverse customers (e.g., sign-up questions, card requests, app feedback)
  • Deliver high-quality care and support for EV drivers via email and online chat
  • Solve customer queries by digging into the technical side of the product
  • Manage social media and represent Electroverse using the brand's tone of voice
  • Stay up to date with the latest Electroverse features and releases to discuss with customers
  • Work with the wider team to understand the customer ecosystem and suggest improvements
