As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the implementation and adoption of Insider's platform, ensuring a smooth and successful transition. This includes conducting onboarding sessions, creating tailored training materials, proactively addressing client questions and concerns, and monitoring client progress to drive product usage and achieve key onboarding milestones. You will also collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to optimize the onboarding process and ensure client satisfaction.
