As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the initial stages of using Insider’s platform, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation. This includes conducting training sessions, creating onboarding documentation, proactively addressing customer questions and concerns, and collaborating with sales and product teams to tailor the onboarding experience to individual customer needs. You will also track customer progress, identify potential roadblocks, and work to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
