Responsibilities

  • Conduct gap analyses between customer requirements and Hadrian’s manufacturing capabilities, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Define project scope and manage onboarding and operational programs from initiation through completion
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and quality teams to close identified capability gaps
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for new customers throughout the onboarding lifecycle
  • Hold regular (weekly) sync meetings with customers to review progress, address concerns, and align on deliverables
  • Manage and communicate weekly open order reports to both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Act as the voice of the customer on the factory floor, ensuring alignment between customer needs and factory operations
  • Triage, escalate, and resolve issues as they arise to prevent disruption and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Make real-time decisions to unblock factory operations while balancing customer expectations and production constraints
  • Translate customer requests (e.g., PO expedites, revision changes, quantity updates) into clear and actionable factory tasks
  • Interpret and apply customer and industry quality specifications to ensure compliance throughout the production process
  • Support and facilitate customer audits and technical reviews as needed
  • Partner with the sales team during customer demos, onsite visits, and technical discussions to represent operational capabilities
