Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, versatility, initiative, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential.
Communicate daily with customers and coworkers via phone, email, and chat. Actively manage the customer support conversation queue, answering inquiries in a timely manner and within required KPIs. Articulate Stio product information and processes with ease, and uphold agent performance standards.
