Requirements

Candidates must have 1-2 years of customer service or operations work experience and prior experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously. Demonstrated attention to detail is required, along with a minimum internet connection speed of 25mbps download by 10mbps upload and a dedicated secure home workspace. Perfect attendance is required during the initial 120-day appraisal period, with no time off permitted during the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

The Seasonal Enrollment Representative will review reports and make adjustments, additions, and deletions based on enrollment rules, while managing and reporting daily inventory. They will also support the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) by assisting customers with health insurance enrollments.
