Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, versatility, initiative, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential. Applicants living near a Stio Mountain Studio are strongly preferred.
The Customer Experience Representative will provide excellent customer service via phone and email, managing the customer support conversation queue. They will actively answer customer inquiries in a timely manner and within required KPIs, communicate daily with customers and coworkers, and articulate Stio product information and processes with ease. Representatives will also uphold agent performance standards.
