Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience as a dental technician and over 3 years of experience with 3Shape CAD/CAM design, specifically for implant and crown & bridge cases. A deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems, scan bodies, and best design practices, is essential. The role requires technological adeptness, proven ability to build rapport with clinicians, offer empathetic support, and manage complex concerns professionally. Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort with live conversations via chat, phone, or video are also required. Strong independent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple complex conversations simultaneously are necessary. Candidates should also be comfortable working in a fast-growing, fully-digital lab environment and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

The Customer Experience Lab Technician will collaborate with doctors in real-time to review and refine case designs, providing expert guidance on complex cases to ensure optimal aesthetic and functional patient outcomes. They will offer live clinical support by communicating directly with clinicians via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues, clarify workflows, and provide efficient and empathetic customer service. Additionally, the technician will act as a liaison between doctors and Dandy lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production outcomes.
