Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch or over the phone, assisting with daily transactions, queries, and servicing. Answer customer calls to the contact center, build relationships, and identify solutions to their needs. Develop knowledge of services and products to assist customers and identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
