This is a part-time position working 21 hours per week.
The role is based at the Ballymena Branch in the United Kingdom, working 21 hours per week on a rota’d basis Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm.
Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone, assisting with transactions and queries, answering calls, building relationships, developing product knowledge, and identifying ways to improve customer experience.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
A strong candidate will be totally flexible, comfortable with a broad range of activities, thrive on variety in a multi-skilled environment, and act as a listener and problem solver with a customer-centric approach.
