Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience in commercial leadership, with a strong background in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales and marketing. They should have proven experience in developing and executing customer engagement strategies, CRM initiatives, and segmentation & targeting (S&T) approaches. Experience with CSO operations and driving infield engagement is also required, along with familiarity with AI/genAI-driven commercial projects.

Responsibilities

As the Customer Engagement Lead – Commercial Excellence, you will lead the design and execution of customer engagement strategies to deepen relationships with stakeholders, oversee CRM initiatives, drive segmentation and targeting strategies focused on GP offices and pharmacies, provide national leadership for CSO operations, execute a strategic infield engagement plan for key GP offices in Germany’s West region, spearhead AI/genAI-driven commercial projects, and partner cross-functionally to integrate customer insights into national strategies and share best practices across the wider region.
