Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
5 years of experience managing customer delivery for large enterprise engagements
Deep understanding of the healthcare provider market
Demonstrated success in delivering complex technology programs
Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Proven ability to work with Academic Medical Centers and other healthcare institutions
Experience with complex software and service offerings
Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Proactive and adaptable mindset
Experience with Google productivity applications
US base salary range: $189,000 - $252,000

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of services and projects to customers
Manage relationships and expectations with clients and C-suite stakeholders
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership
End-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation
Internal coordination and leadership, including team management
Risk and quality management, including identifying and addressing potential risks
Strategic communication, including providing clear and effective updates
Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment
