  • 5+ years of experience managing customer delivery for large enterprise engagements, with a deep understanding of the healthcare provider market
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex technology programs
  • Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships, both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach

  • Required to be onsite at the client's location 5 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Cultivating strong relationships with clients and C-suite stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction and long-term partnership with Verily
  • End-to-End Program Delivery: Managing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring clear deliverables and proactive risk mitigation to deliver value to clients
  • Internal Coordination and Leadership: Leading and motivating internal teams to collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality work that aligns with client goals
  • Risk and Quality Management: Identifying, communicating, and proactively addressing potential project risks and issues while ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards
  • Strategic Communication: Providing clear and effective communication on project status, risks, and value delivery to both internal teams and external stakeholders
