Position Overview

A Day in the Life

  • Receive six weeks of paid training to ensure success in your role.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of Health Solution Group Products, providing a solid foundation for career growth.
  • Answer inbound calls, greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm to build trust and confidence.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers regarding Health Solution Group, providing information about various plan features.
  • Mail literature as requested by customers.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to address more complex customer inquiries.
  • Record and verify customer transactions, processing requests or forwarding them to the appropriate parties.
  • Capture caller information using the customer management system.
  • Potentially follow up with customers to ensure service issues are resolved.
  • Answer questions about new product and service implementations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: College Degree OR High School Diploma/GED.
  • Experience:
    • 1+ year of customer service experience (if holding a College Degree).
    • 3+ years of customer service experience (if holding a High School Diploma or GED).
  • Preferred: Experience in the Financial Service industry is a bonus but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Genuine care for customers.
    • Ability to engage with customers, build rapport, share information, and handle objections.
    • Proficiency with basic computer functions.
