Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers through inbound calls
  • Educate customers on their retirement plans and respond to customer inquiries on Retirement Products and Plans (401(k), 403(b), 457, 401(a))
  • Deliver an outstanding experience for customers through retirement financial advice and mentorship
  • Explain product features and annuity plan concepts to customers, agents, and beneficiaries
  • Participate in paid training (up to 8 weeks) to prepare for the role
  • Attend monthly 1:1 coaching sessions, team huddles, and daily shift prep to stay prepared for the day
  • Participate in continuous training and development opportunities to grow and advance career
