Responsibilities

  • Provide sharp, quick technical support to Dutch customers via email and phone
  • Guide customers through the account opening process for a smooth onboarding experience
  • Answer all customer questions
  • Be the voice of customers by sharing feedback to improve the product and maintain the "WOW" effect
  • Set up internal processes to better respond to customer requests (update FAQs, dashboards, macros, provide feedback to Ops and Product teams)
  • Take ownership: identify anomalies, optimize and set up new ways of problem-solving, and keep colleagues updated
