Responsibilities

  • Ensure all enquiries are handled in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner, maximizing conversion rates
  • Display excellent listening skills and sharp attention to detail towards clients
  • Ensure highly effective communication and customer service skills are displayed to all clients
  • Handle all forms of enquiries (phone, email, social media, website, etc.) in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
  • Support reporting duties in a confidential manner
  • Effectively prioritize tasks according to department requirements or business needs
  • Update relevant documents to provide the most up-to-date information to clients and staff
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested
