Requirements

1 year of Customer Service Experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Proactive attitude towards problem-solving
Ability to meet agreed KPI’s
Experience in an inbound/outbound call environment
Experience using CRM Software (Zendesk, etc.) [Nice to Have]
Experience in the FMCG industry [Nice to Have]
Australian Customer Service Experience [Nice to Have]

Responsibilities

Ensure all enquiries are handled in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner, maximizing conversion rates
Display excellent listening skills and sharp attention to detail towards clients
Ensure highly effective communication and customer service skills are displayed to all clients
Handle all forms of enquiries (phone, email, social media, website, etc.) in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
Support reporting duties in a confidential manner
Effectively prioritize tasks according to department requirements or business needs
Update relevant documents to provide the most up-to-date information to clients and staff
Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested
