A solid background in Customer Support or Enablement within a product or tech environment, including hands-on experience with Live Chat and Email Support, is required. Proficiency in using CRM tools for managing customer interactions and support workflows is essential. The role also demands proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, excellent team collaboration and communication skills, and a strong interest in modern web technologies. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Experience working remotely or familiarity with HR, Payroll, Healthcare, or Pension systems are considered advantageous.
The Customer Care Associate will be responsible for solving a specified number of tickets per week across various Remote verticals, maintaining productivity standards with high attention to detail and a focus on customer advocacy. They will respond to standard tickets via email and live messaging within agreed Service Level times. This role involves close collaboration with Customer Success, cross-vertical operational teams, and Sales, acting as the primary point of contact for users.
